Description:
We are looking for a Chartered Accountant who can manage end-to-end AP & AR processes, ensure compliance with banking regulations, and possess in-depth knowledge of financial statements, including balance sheets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing, and a proven ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare, analyze, and interpret balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct Internal audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including bank auditors, to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and accounting standards.
Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
