Description:

As a Chef in abroad, you will play a key role in overseeing food preparation and cooking activities in various establishments such as restaurants, restaurant chains, hospitals, or other food service locations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, direct, and coordinate food preparation and cooking activities in multiple restaurants or establishments.
  • Consult with clients for events like weddings, banquets, and specialty functions.
  • Develop menus and ensure food quality standards are met.
  • Estimate food requirements and calculate food and labor costs.
  • Supervise kitchen staff, including sous-chefs, specialist chefs, and cooks.
  • Oversee equipment purchases and repairs.
  • Introduce new cooking techniques and equipment to the kitchen team.
  • Occasionally prepare and cook meals, specialty dishes, and design food displays for special events like banquets
