We’re Hiring: Chief Accountant

We’re looking for an experienced Chief Accountant to lead the financial operations for one of our clients in Real Estate Development. If you have 7+ years of experience in accounting/finance, with expertise in construction accounting, cost control, financial reporting, and auditing this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee project-based accounting & cost management
• Ensure tax & compliance adherence (IFRS, VAT, WIP accounting)
• Manage financial planning, audits & ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)
• Lead a team & collaborate with project managers & procurement teams
