Hiring Chief Accountant – Property Development & Real Estate

Industry: Property Development & Real Estate

Location: Sharjah, UAE

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary Bracket: AED 7,500/- to 10,000/-

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Certifications: CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA qualified or part-qualified, will be preferred. (Required).

Experience: 7+ years in accounting and finance, with at least 3 years in a senior accounting role within the real estate or property development industry. (Required)

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT regulations, and corporate taxation.
• Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems).
• -Experience in financial audits, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Soft Skills:

• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Languages:

• English (Required)
• Urdu/Hindi (Required)
