We are seeking a Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) for a leading global financial client who is a front-runner in delivering top-tier financial services!

As the CCO, you’ll take charge of the Group’s compliance framework, ensuring adherence to local, regional, and international regulations across all entities. You’ll lead and inspire a high-performing compliance team, instill a culture of ethical conduct, and expertly manage regulatory relationships. In this critical role, you’ll ensure that all business activities, including cross-border transactions, are conducted within legal boundaries, safeguarding the organization’s reputation.

Key Requirements:

• Professional Certification in Compliance
• 10+ years of compliance experience, with 5+ in senior leadership
• Deep expertise in UAE regulations (SCA, DFSA) and global standards (FCA, SEC)
• Strong background in AML, regulatory adherence, investment products, financial services, and compliance risk management.
