The firm currently operates with a lean, high-performing team of ~15 and is now looking for a hands-on leader to scale operations, grow revenues, and expand into new markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall business strategy, operations, and P&L.
• Build and manage high-performing teams across trading, sales, and compliance.
• Drive growth through innovative marketing, partnerships, and client acquisition.
• Oversee technology, product expansion, and risk management frameworks.
• Maintain strong regulatory relationships and ensure full compliance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in the CFD / FX / online trading industry.
• Strong commercial acumen and leadership experience in brokerage operations.
• Deep understanding of retail trading dynamics, leverage, and risk systems.
• Young, ambitious, and execution-focused, able to scale a fast-growing business.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai (Seychelles also an option).
