We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join a dynamic organization in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial strategy, management, and corporate governance, with strong leadership skills to drive business growth and financial efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Optimize financial performance and capital structure.
- Oversee risk management and compliance.
-  Needed skills are Planning, forecasting, Budgeting, cashflow and treasury Management.

Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in finance leadership roles.
- Understanding DIFC (Dubai International Finance Center) set up and prior working experience in
working and liaison with the said set up in Dubai would be advantageous
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong understanding of UAE financial regulations.
