Our client is a local business group and is seeking to recruit a Chief Operations Officer, blending the internal financial discipline of a CFO with the external capital deployment of an Investment Director to drive aggressive, sustainable growth. It is a dual-focus executive position responsible for both the operational efficiency of the business and the strategic performance of its proprietary investment portfolio.

1. Operational & Financial Leadership (CFO Focus)
- Strategic Growth & Value Creation: Leads the company in financial maturity, performance, and value creation by aligning financial strategy with long-term corporate goals.
- Fiscal Stewardship: Manages capital structure and ensures "value for money" utilization, promoting sound decision-making across all stakeholders.
- Daily Operations Impact: Oversees daily operational efficiency to drive sustainable profitability and mitigate high-level risks.
2. Investment & Portfolio Management (Investment Director Focus)
- Investment Strategy Execution: Defines and executes the family office’s investment strategy in alignment with the Investment Committee’s mandate and long-term objectives.
- Active Portfolio Optimization: Leads asset allocation across global equities, fixed income, structured products, and alternative assets, conducting dynamic rebalancing to optimize performance based on market conditions.
- Proprietary Fund Management: Ensures disciplined capital deployment and manages the proprietary funds to support the organization's growth.
