Chief Revenue Officer

We’re not just hiring a VP of Sales or Commercial Director, not just another “head of function”, because revenue as a company-wide responsibility. We have a working GTM product, real customers, infrastructure and operations — now we need precision growth and build the next layer of scale on top of a strong foundation.

We’re hiring a true revenue leader to own strategy, structure, and results across channels and markets. This is a partner-level role — with autonomy, pace, and global ambition.

You’ll be fully embedded in the business, working in sync with sales, product, finance, operations to find new growth levers, complement and amplify the existing team, bringing outside experience, and adding structure, rhythm, and strategic direction.

 

We are looking for someone, who:

  • Launched no-name products into new markets and scaled revenue from €2M to €50M+ (or more)
  • Worked in startups or scale-ups — not just corporate environments
  • Actively shaped product-market(-channel) fit by influencing offer, messaging, and positioning
  • Operated across international markets and cultures
  • Proactive by default: initiates, drives, escalates when needed
  • System thinker: builds repeatable, structured, data-driven growth
