We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Chief Support Services Officer (CSSO) to join a well-established and diversified group in Dubai. This is a critical executive leadership role for a seasoned professional with extensive experience managing shared services across complex, multi-entity organizations. 🔍 About the Role The CSSO will lead and oversee all group-wide support functions, ensuring strong alignment with business strategy, governance standards, and operational excellence. You will work closely with subsidiary CEOs and senior leadership to drive performance, efficiency, and sustainable growth across the organization. 📌 Key Responsibilities Lead all shared services functions: HR, Finance, Procurement, IT, and Administration Drive strategic planning, operational excellence, and performance improvement initiatives Oversee P&L performance and ensure robust financial and operational governance Partner with subsidiary CEOs to align business objectives and enhance performance Serve on executive committees, including Nomination & Remuneration Committee (NRC) Establish and strengthen governance frameworks, policies, and procedures Support transformation, restructuring, and growth initiatives across the group ✅ Key Requirements Proven experience in a senior executive leadership role within large, diversified groups Strong expertise in shared services and corporate functions Solid background in P&L management, governance, and performance oversight Experience engaging with boards, committees, and senior stakeholders Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Strategic mindset with the ability to operate at both executive and operational levels
