BettingJobs is partnering with an ambitious, founder-led iGaming business on a pivotal hire as it builds its own B2B aggregation platform. This is a rare chance to take a growing operation off a third-party aggregator and onto proprietary technology you design and lead, working directly alongside the founder and CEO from their Dubai office.

As Head of Development / Lead Architect, you'll own the technical roadmap for the move to an in-house aggregator. You'll make the key architecture decisions and lead the platform migration so that existing clients experience a seamless transition. You'll also guide a small, distributed development team across several time zones. The role suits a senior developer or architect from the aggregator space who is ready to step up, take real ownership and shape a platform from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build a scalable, secure B2B aggregation platform
• Plan and deliver the migration from the current third-party aggregator with minimal client disruption
• Lead, mentor and coordinate a remote development team
• Work closely with the CEO to align technology with commercial goals
• Own game provider and operator integrations, APIs and platform performance
• Set engineering standards, processes and technical documentation

Requirements:

• Proven experience at an iGaming aggregator (e.g. Hub88, Slotegrator, Alea, SoftSwiss or similar)
• Strong background as a senior developer, tech lead, head of development or solutions architect
• Hands-on experience with game aggregation, provider integrations and wallet/API architecture
• A track record of delivering complex platform builds or migrations
• Confident leading and motivating a distributed team
• Willing to work full-time from the office in Dubai
