Chiller Technician

Description:

BKA Facilities Management is looking for a competent Chiller Technician to join our Facilities Management team. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring chillers and associated HVAC systems operate reliably across project sites through routine maintenance, fault diagnosis and timely repairs. We want someone who takes pride in technical workmanship and supports smooth building operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular maintenance, inspection and servicing of chiller systems.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair refrigeration and chiller faults.
• Perform preventive maintenance and recommend improvements to extend equipment life.
• Keep accurate service records and report on system performance.
• Coordinate with site teams and supervisors to prioritize service tasks and ensure minimal downtime.

Skills & Attributes:

• Solid technical understanding of chiller and refrigeration systems.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and service manuals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills; able to coordinate with multi-disciplinary site staff.
• Valid UAE Driving License preferred and will be given priority.
