We are seeking an experienced Chinese Speaking Business Marketing Manager to spearhead our client's platform engagement initiatives within the Gaming sectors. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of the gaming industry, coupled with a knowledge of marketing strategy. This role requires a unique blend of creativity, analytical skills, and an ability to cultivate strong relationships with the community.
Responsibilities:
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our engagement strategies remain innovative and effective. Research peer target markets to understand industry dynamics and competition.
- Regularly analyze feedback and engagement metrics to inform marketing strategies and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with content teams to create compelling and informative content that resonates with our product.
- Identifying potential customers and understanding customer needs and requirements to promote cooperation opportunities.
- Customize product solutions and conduct business negotiations.
- Plan advertising campaigns and develop promotion strategies to demonstrate the value of our products to customers.
- Engage with customers to build and maintain lasting relationships.
- Providing relevant information on the company’s products and services.
- Ensure that contracts are aligned with the company’s risk and interest.
- Acquisition of new customers, possibly 5 new customers per month.
- Drive the company’s business growth in the target country markets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Management, preferably in the Gaming industry.
- Strong understanding of online gaming sectors.
- Proficiency in social media management and other related gaming platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese language is mandatory.
