Civil Engineer

Description:

We are currently hiring for a Civil Engineer or Architect with hands-on expertise in interior fit-out works and microcement applications. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and work on high-end architectural and construction projects across the UAE.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site supervision, project coordination, and delivering custom design finishes using microcement. Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Position Details:
• Role: Civil Engineer / Architect

Mandatory Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience in interior fit-out and microcement application projects within the UAE
• Must hold a valid UAE driving license (applications lacking this will not be considered)

Key Skills & Competencies:
• Strong command of fit-out project management and on-site supervision
• Practical experience with microcement finishing techniques
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and interpreting detailed technical drawings
• Ability to manage project schedules, coordinate teams, and control quality
• Skilled in selecting materials, sourcing suppliers, and ensuring compliance with design requirements
• Deep understanding of UAE building codes and construction regulations
• Solid leadership and organizational capabilities
• Clear and professional communication with clients, consultants, and team members
• Proactive approach to resolving challenges under tight deadlines
