Civil Engineer / Project Manager

Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Civil Engineer / Project Manager to oversee and manage our on-site operations from start to finish. The ideal candidate will ensure that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and manage project timelines.
• Review technical drawings and ensure proper implementation on-site.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and the internal team.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control procedures.
• Prepare progress reports, resolve on-site issues, and monitor resources.
• Lead the site team and ensure smooth execution from mobilization to handover.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in construction or interior and fit-out.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings and solve problems on-site.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
