Civil Planning Manager

Description:

AUTOLINK CONTRACTING L.L.C is seeking a highly experienced Civil Planning Manager to lead the planning and program management functions for complex construction projects in Dubai. This senior appointment requires a professional currently based in the UAE, capable of taking full ownership of project scheduling and controls to ensure efficient operations and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the complete planning function, developing master project programs using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Produce detailed baseline schedules, progress updates, and recovery programs aligned with contract milestones.
• Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and provide corrective action recommendations to management.
• Support the preparation of Extension of Time (EOT) claims and delay analyses in collaboration with the contracts team.
• Prepare comprehensive planning reports, including Earned Value Analysis (EVA) and program narratives for stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• 10 to 15 years of construction planning experience within UAE-based organizations.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Critical Path Method (CPM).
• Must currently be based in the UAE and available for face-to-face interviews in Dubai.
• Immediate availability for joining is strongly preferred.
