Civil Project Manager

 

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead high-rise residential and commercial tower projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have strong experience managing full project lifecycle from mobilization to handover, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to UAE regulations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage high-rise construction projects from start to completion

• Lead site teams, engineers, subcontractors, and consultants

• Monitor project schedule, cost control, and quality standards

• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality & local regulations

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders

• Manage procurement and contractor performance

• Prepare progress reports and project documentation

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

• 8–15 years of experience in high-rise building projects

• UAE experience is mandatory

• Strong knowledge of RCC structures and finishing stages

• Experience with Tier 1 / Tier 2 contractors preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Currently based in UAE
