Requirements:

• Medical degree with clinical experience (mandatory)
• CPC (Certified Professional Coder) and CPMA (Certified Professional Medical Auditor) certifications (mandatory)
• 2–3 years of UAE experience in insurance or TPA claims operations
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership abilities
