Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cleaning staff and oversee daily operational activities across assigned projects and locations

• Supervise drivers and coordinate transportation schedules to ensure smooth staff movement and timely operations

• Handle purchasing activities and maintain coordination with suppliers and vendors

• Organize workflows, operational systems, and scheduling processes to improve efficiency

• Monitor team performance and implement strategies to improve productivity and service quality

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns professionally and promptly

• Support company growth initiatives and assist with sales-related activities when required

• Monitor employee attendance, work schedules, and operational reporting

• Resolve operational challenges quickly while maintaining professional service standards

Requirements:

• Previous work experience in cleaning services companies or facility management operations is required

• Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage operations efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• UAE work experience will be considered an advantage

• Strong customer service and client handling capabilities
