Cleaning Supervisor

Description:

We are looking for a detailed-oriented and energetic Female Cleaning Supervisor to manage our residential and commercial cleaning teams, ensuring the highest standards of hospitality and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Allocate daily cleaning tasks, supervise deep cleaning operations, and inspect finished sites for quality assurance.
- Train cleaning staff on proper chemical usage, equipment handling, and corporate etiquette.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and coordinate with clients to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Handle scheduling and logistics for daily deployments.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Gender: Female (as required for specific site deployments and team management).
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the cleaning/hospitality industry in Dubai, with proven supervisory experience.
- Skills: Exceptional eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and professional English communication. (Hindi / Malayalam is plus)
- Visa: Must have an Own Visa with a minimum of 5–6 months validity.

Salary & Benefits:

- Expected Salary: AED 2500 – AED 3000 per month (Depending on experience and leadership capabilities).
- Provided transportation to and from work sites.
