Description:
We are seeking a Client Engagement Specialist to join our Dubai office. This is a high-impact role for a results-driven individual with a solid background in business banking, client relationship management, and Islamic finance. You will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and closing relationships with corporate clients seeking Shariah-compliant financial products, while working in coordination with our internal credit, operations, and legal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and onboard new clients requiring Shariah-compliant working capital, trade finance, and term financing solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients across various sectors.
- Understand client requirements and align product offerings to their financing needs.
- Prepare and present proposals and financial solutions in coordination with internal teams.
- Guide clients through the credit application, due diligence, and onboarding process.
- Liaise with financial institutions and partners as required for structuring deals.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
- Maintain an updated client database and provide periodic performance reports to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, client relationship, or front-office roles in corporate banking or Islamic finance.
- Strong understanding of Shariah-compliant products, particularly Ijara, Murabaha, and structured trade finance.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- UAE market experience is highly preferred.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
