Client Relationship Manager

Description:

We serve UHNW individuals and families across the Gulf, South Asia, and Europe through discretionary portfolio management and advisory mandates. We have committed client capital in place and custody partnerships with leading international private banks.

We are hiring our founding Client Relationship Manager to help build the business alongside the founder from day one.

What you'll do

• Own and develop relationships with Professional Clients (typically USD 1M+ investable)
• Work directly with the founder and CIO on portfolio strategy, mandate design, and bespoke client solutions
• Represent the firm in client meetings, investment committees, and strategic industry relationships
• Contribute to how the firm is built, offering, processes, culture, hiring

What we're looking for

• 7+ years in private banking, wealth management, or a multi-family office; tier-1 private bank experience preferred
• Existing or readily attainable [DFSA Authorised Individual / FSRA Approved Person] status strongly preferred
• UAE-based or willing to relocate
• Genuine investment fluency: portfolio construction, multi-asset allocation, structured products, alternatives
• Long-term orientation; intellectual honesty; client-first instincts
• Language advantage: [Arabic / Hindi / Urdu / Farsi / Russian / French] an asset
