Key Responsibilities:

✅ Delivery Operations – Ensure the timely and accurate execution of campaigns by coordinating with internal teams.
✅ Communication & Reporting – Bridge the gap between clients and the delivery team while providing insightful reports on campaign performance.
✅ Problem Resolution – Handle client escalations with a professional and solution-oriented approach.
✅ Process Optimization – Continuously refine post-sales and delivery workflows to enhance client satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
✔️ 2-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing and advertiser management.
✔️ Proven experience in client servicing, account management, or affiliate marketing.
✔️ Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
✔️ Proficiency in CRM tools and project management software.
✔️ Strong understanding of digital advertising.
✔️ Ability to stick to delivery and payment deadlines.
