Urgent Hiring the Position of Closing Manager & Closing Agent – Off Plan projects only
Closing Manager & Closing Agent will take care and direct the daily activities of the assigned team, in achieving the goals set by the senior management.
Responsibilities:
- Having a project presentation (Webinar) once the agent has finished pitching the project to the customer.
In detail Presentation which will comprise of the following
- Location Key factor
- USP of the Project
- Eligibility of Golden Visa
- Payment Methods
- Payment Plans
- Collection procedure for Booking
- Currency collection for International Clients.
- Clarify any added queries of the customer
- Leading Monthly target for the team
- knowledge about upcoming projects and launches
Skills and Competencies –
- Ability to think and plan strategically, plan, manage and act to achieve outcomes. Driver’s License
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills with people (both verbal and written).
- Technical proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, sales tracking, and customer relationship management software.
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Excellent problem solving and Decision-making skills.
- Highly self-motivated, career orientated team players with an energetic and enthusiastic approach to their work.
- Demonstrated ability to secure leases and provide sales leadership and training.
- Strong leadership abilities and outstanding interpersonal skills.
