Description:
We’re hiring a Co-Founder / Co-CEO at the founding table, with the mandate to lead Customer Success, Operations, and Commercial Growth. Full operational mandate, real ownership, and a seat shaped for an HR-tech leader who’s seen the inside of enterprise TA at scale. The governance and scope of the role will be configured around your background and strengths.
You’ll:
• Own enterprise customer outcomes and operational leadership end-to-end: onboarding, adoption, retention, expansion, plus the cross-functional rhythm that lets the company scale.
• Drive commercial strategy alongside the CRO: pricing, packaging, sales motions, and ICP across GCC, Europe, and beyond.
• Shape the product roadmap with the CTO, anchored in real C-level, HR, and Technical leader pain points.
• Drive the next funding round (Seed / Series A): investor narrative, investor relations, and representing the company to the investment community.
• Help build and scale the team across functions, in a high-trust, transparent, results-oriented culture.
Who You Are
You’re ambitious, entrepreneurial, and self-driven. You don’t wait for permission to fix what’s broken; you build the solution and bring people along. You want to build a company, not manage one.
We’re open to two core profiles:
Profile 1: Senior HR-Tech Sales / GTM Executive. 10+ years in sales or GTM leadership at a major HR-tech vendor. Proven track record landing and expanding enterprise HR-tech deals across the GCC, Europe, or globally. Comfortable building a category, not just selling into one.
Profile 2: Senior HR Executive. 10+ years in HR leadership (VP HR, HR Director, CPO) at a multinational or large regional enterprise. Deep systems thinking on HR technology, talent management, workforce analytics, and ROI of HR-tech investments. Strong credibility with HR VPs and CPOs; you can sell to your former peers in their language.
In both cases, you have AI literacy, GTM-building experience, and the operational range to run a small team toward metrics-driven outcomes. Based in the GCC (UAE or Saudi preferred) or Europe, with willingness to be in Dubai at least twice a year.
