Through our professional network of 6,000+ associated lawyers and 2,000+ business professionals, BLACKBULL aims to develop institutional investment channels, acquire discounted financial assets, structure secured investment opportunities, and establish new banking-related portfolios.

We are seeking a highly experienced Co-Managing Director – Investment Banking & Fund Arrangement from the GCC region who possesses direct access to investment capital, established institutional funding relationships, and proven expertise in arranging multimillion-dollar project financing.

This is strictly an equity partnership opportunity, not a conventional salaried employment position.

The selected professional must be capable of arranging capital for new projects, including pre-revenue ventures, and developing an asset-backed investment portfolio targeting up to twice the deployed capital in gross asset value, subject to independent valuation and transaction feasibility.

Key Responsibilities

1. Institutional Fund Arrangement & Capital Raising

- Independently arrange project financing ranging from USD 4 million to USD 50 million.
- Mobilize investment capital through family offices, private equity firms, investment banks, sovereign-linked investment institutions, and qualified private investors.
- Demonstrate access to immediately deployable capital or credible funding commitments.
- Negotiate investment terms, financing structures, equity participation, and institutional partnerships.
- Lead funding transactions from investor identification through due diligence, documentation, approval, and financial closing.
- Arrange financing for new business ventures without requiring an established operating revenue history.

2. Banking Portfolio & Asset-Backed Investment Development

- Develop financing channels for BLACKBULL's proposed India–UAE banking and mortgage portfolio initiatives.
- Arrange capital for distressed asset acquisitions, secured investments, mortgage-backed opportunities, and financial asset portfolios.
- Structure transactions involving banks, NBFCs, investment funds, and institutional investors.
- Develop strategies targeting a 2× gross asset portfolio value relative to invested capital, supported by verified valuations and risk controls.
- Coordinate banking relationships, escrow mechanisms, collateral assessments, and institutional credit facilities.
- Support investment diversification and sustainable portfolio growth.

3. International Investment Banking & Financial Structuring

- Develop cross-border project finance structures connecting GCC investors with Indian investment opportunities.
- Establish relationships with investment funds, family offices, banking institutions, and private capital providers.
- Coordinate equity financing, secured debt, structured credit, and joint venture investment arrangements.
- Oversee financial due diligence, investment risk assessments, portfolio valuation, and capital deployment planning.
- Collaborate with qualified legal and regulatory professionals to ensure compliance with applicable Indian and UAE financial regulations.

4. Co-Managing Director – Strategic Leadership

- Represent BLACKBULL Group in institutional investment discussions and strategic financing negotiations.
- Develop long-term capital relationships and sustainable investment channels.
- Lead investor engagement, transaction execution, and financial partnership development.
- Establish measurable funding milestones and capital mobilization strategies.
- Coordinate with BLACKBULL's existing management, legal, and investment teams.
- Participate in strategic decisions concerning investment portfolios and international expansion within agreed governance arrangements.

Mandatory Candidate Requirements

Candidates must demonstrate:

1. Minimum 10 years of professional experience in investment banking, institutional fundraising, private equity, or project finance.
2. Strong GCC-based investment networks with direct access to family offices, institutional investors, or banking capital.
3. Proven ability to arrange USD 4 million–USD 50 million in project financing.
4. Experience financing new ventures, including pre-revenue or early-stage projects.
5. Existing access to ready investment capital or verifiable funding commitments.
6. Expertise in asset-backed lending, collateralized investments, structured finance, and investment portfolio development.
7. Ability to manage investment portfolios targeting a 2× gross asset coverage strategy, without treating such targets as guaranteed returns.
8. Strong knowledge of international banking procedures, financial regulations, investment documentation, and corporate governance.
9. Willingness to accept an equity-based leadership position with performance accountability.
10. Readiness to commence investor discussions and funding execution immediately following formal appointment and authorization.
