Location: Dubai, UAE

Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers via meetings, calls, and emails regarding investments
• Keep clients informed on payment schedules, construction updates, registration progress, etc.
• Provide clients with necessary documents and payment receipts
• Track due dates and ensure timely receipt of funds
• Collect payments through various channels (bank transfers, cheques, credit cards, cash)
• Achieve monthly collection targets
• Collaborate with internal departments – accounts, mortgage, handover, contracts – to ensure seamless client service
