Comev Operator
 

• Can operate running a CNC program using D Electron Z32 control
• Must have the ability to perform the setup using 4 jaw manual chuck.
• Should have ability to machine API connections (NC, Reg, IF, H90, FH etc.) and Grant Prideco connections (VX, XT, HT, GPDS)
• Should have the ability to interpret and understand work orders and drawings.
• Should know how to use Ring Plug Gauges, profile gauges, MRP, taper gauges, depth gauges, lead gauges, setting standards
   

Mazak Operator
 

• Can operate running a CNC program using Mazatrol 640
• Should have ability to machine API connections (NC, Reg, IF, H90, FH etc.) and Grant Prideco connections (VX, XT, HT, GPDS)
• Should have the ability to interpret and understand work orders and drawings.
• Should know how to use Ring Plug Gauges, profile gauges, MRP, taper gauges, depth gauges, lead gauges, setting standards
   

Puma Operator
 

• Can operate running a CNC program using ISO programming and G codes (Fanuc control)
• Should have ability to machine API connections (NC, Reg, IF, H90, FH etc.) and Grant Prideco connections (VX, XT, HT, GPDS)
• Should have the ability to interpret and understand work orders and drawings.
• Should know how to use Ring Plug Gauges, profile gauges, MRP, taper gauges, depth gauges, lead gauges, setting standards
