• 7+ years of relevant experience with a degree or diploma (Experience in A NOC tendering standards is a plus).
• Strong expertise in logistics and oilfield-related tenders.
• Proficient in tender preparation, contract management, and commercial practices.
• Advanced analytical skills with experience in commercial analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of market trends and logistics operations in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English (spoken, written, and reading).
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to specialized software.
