Commercial & Estimation Manager

A leading construction organization is seeking a highly skilled Commercial & Estimation Manager to join their team in the UAE. This role is focused on managing commercial operations, cost estimation, and financial control for high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring project profitability, accurate budgeting, and effective contract management while supporting successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee commercial operations and cost estimation activities for high-rise construction projects

• Prepare, review, and manage project budgets, cost plans, and financial forecasts

• Handle contract administration, negotiations, and risk assessment

• Monitor project costs and ensure effective cost control throughout project lifecycle

• Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate financial planning and execution

• Provide detailed commercial analysis and reporting to senior management

• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project specifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory

• Strong experience in commercial management and estimation within construction projects

• Proven background in high-rise building projects

• Solid expertise in budgeting, contracts, and cost control

• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills

• Strong ability to work in a fast-paced project-driven environment
