Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the Commercial Lines team to achieve strategic goals.
• Oversee risk assessment, policy development, and business performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with CII certification (minimum).
• 5+ years’ experience in insurance brokerage or a related field.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Expertise in commercial lines including liability, financial, and marine.
