• Customer service and client relationship skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Sales support experience, including opportunity follow-up, documentation of deals, and coordination with sales teams.
• Experience delivering or supporting training related to commercial procedures, tools, or customer-facing standards.
• Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM systems, presentation software).
