Communications Manager

Description:

We’re looking for a confident and experienced Communications & PR Manager with solid B2B corporate expertise and native-level Arabic to be seconded into one of our key clients’ internal teams in Jeddah. This is a strategic and delivery-focused role, responsible for managing all aspects of external and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• PR Strategy: Lead the development and implementation of the annual PR plan.

• Media Relations: Write and pitch Arabic and English press releases, maintain media lists, coordinate

interviews and follow-ups.

• Thought Leadership: Identify and develop feature content opportunities; interview spokespeople and

write high-quality articles.

• Award Submissions: Manage the full lifecycle of award nominations—from research to submission.

• Message Management: Regularly update boilerplates, media bios, and brand key messages.

• Crisis Communications: Maintain and adapt crisis communications plans as needed.

• SEO & Digital: Optimise on-page content and YouTube for Arabic and English search performance.

• Social Media: Write and schedule exceptional and engaging “out-of-the-box” social posts, including

Google Maps updates.

• Reporting & Analytics: Deliver monthly reports and bi-annual reviews covering brand health and share of

voice.

• Internal & Client Comms: Draft and manage professional correspondence with employees, clients, and

stakeholders.

• Events & Conferences: Support PR for third-party exhibitions and speaking engagements; attend when

necessary.

• Special Projects: Provide communications support on high-impact, ad hoc initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in B2B corporate PR and communications with examples

• Native-level Arabic fluency, with strong English writing and speaking skills

• Strong media and journalist network in Saudi Arabia

• Exceptional writing, editing, and content creation abilities

• Skilled in both strategy and hands-on delivery

• Comfortable working independently while embedded in a client environment
