Description:

We are looking for a seasoned Compliance and Risk Officer with 10+ years of experience in Internal Audit, Risk Management, and Compliance to drive governance and regulatory alignment for our client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute risk-based internal audit plans and compliance test methodologies.
• Review and align governance frameworks, policies, and procedures with IIA standards and best practices.
• Conduct risk assessments, maintain risk registers, and ensure regulatory compliance across business units.
• Identify process improvements and prepare comprehensive audit and compliance reports.
• Facilitate training, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness.
