Compost Sales Coordinator

Description:

We are looking for a motivated and organized Compost Sales Coordinator to join our team and support sales operations, client coordination, and delivery management for compost and related agricultural materials.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in agricultural engineering and a passion for sustainability, who enjoys working closely with landscaping companies, farms, and agricultural clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and process compost sales orders from clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landscaping companies and farms
• Arrange and track timely deliveries of compost across the UAE
• Follow up on outstanding payments and manage invoice submission
• Prepare compliance statements and required documentation for clients
• Maintain accurate records of sales, deliveries, and client data

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering (preferred)
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience in Dubai
• Previous experience in sales coordination, sales support, or similar role
• Experience in landscaping, compost, fertilizers, soil, or agricultural materials is a strong advantage
• Excellent command of English; proficiency in Urdu and Hindi is a plus
• Strong MS Excel and basic office system skills
