🎯 Key Responsibilities

✅ Business Development & Client Management

 

Identify, pursue, and convert MICE leads from corporate clients, agencies, and international partners

 

Develop proposals and pitch creative, tailored MICE packages

 

Build long-term relationships with corporate clients and ensure repeat business

 

✅ Project Planning & Execution

 

Lead end-to-end planning of meetings, incentive trips, conferences, exhibitions, and events

 

Coordinate all aspects of the event: flights, accommodation, visas, venues, transportation, F&B, activities, branding, AV setup, etc.

 

Conduct site inspections and vendor negotiations to ensure cost-effective solutions and high standards

 

✅ Team Leadership & Coordination

 

Supervise and support the internal MICE team and ensure seamless collaboration with operations, finance, and logistics departments

 

Hire, train, and guide freelance staff and on-ground support teams during events

 

✅ Budgeting & Reporting

 

Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and final invoices for clients

 

Monitor project budgets and ensure profitability

 

Submit post-event reports and client feedback analysis

 

🧠 Requirements

✔️ Minimum 5 years of experience in MICE or group travel management, preferably in the UAE or GCC region

✔️ Strong network of corporate clients, DMCs, hotels, venues, and vendors

✔️ Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills

✔️ Strong organizational and multitasking ability under pressure

✔️ Proficiency in MS Office, presentation tools, and travel planning systems

✔️ Willingness to travel and work flexible hours during events
