Looking for a Construction Accountant ( Account Receivables) to join our team!
Main Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to
- Manage Construction Projects Cost, Billing and Cash flow.
- Handling the invoicing for clients.
- Prepare the financial reports, including the revenue recognition, billing, variation, costs …
- Ensure the compliance with the accounting standers and regulation for the construction projects.
- Communicate weekly with Project Managers and finance manager to update the progress and variations.
Desired Skills, Experience & Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or finance required.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience in the construction industry.
- Experience in job cost accounting and financial reporting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Good Communication and collaboration skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
