We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Onsite Foreman / Skilled Worker to join our dedicated team and help us deliver excellence on every site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site operations and ensure efficient workflow.
• Lead a team of workers and maintain high-quality workmanship.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Enforce site safety protocols and quality standards.
• Interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a foreman or skilled worker in luxury residential or commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, premium finishing, and detailing.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and organization.
• Must be based in Dubai or open to relocating.
• Valid UAE driving license.
