🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to maintain quality and safety standards
• Lead project planning, procurement, scheduling, and cost control
• Ensure strict compliance with Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, and other regulatory requirements
• Prepare progress reports and communicate effectively with senior management

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry in Dubai
• Must hold a valid G+Unlimited certificate issued by Dubai Municipality
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
