Position: Construction Manager
Requirements:
- Proven track record of managing full project life cycles: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Team leadership and stakeholder management.
- Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Multi-tasking and time management.
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Strong reporting and presentation abilities.
- Team Management: Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and ensure accountability.
- Provide regular updates to clients, management, and HO
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks.
- Ensure project deliverables meet the required quality standards and specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of all project-related activities.
- Ensure adherence to safety, legal, and company policies.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
- Familiar with Primavera P6, MS Project, and other scheduling tools.
- Understanding of cost control, QA/QC, and HSE standards.
- Site coordination and team supervision.
- Efficient resource allocation and subcontractor management.
- Ability to track and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- NCR management
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong reporting and documentation skills.
