Construction Manager

Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and supervise all construction activities on-site.

Coordinate with project management, design teams, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.

Monitor project progress, schedules, and budgets, and provide regular reports to management.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.

Implement quality control procedures to ensure work meets project specifications and standards.

Manage and allocate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.

Identify potential risks, delays, or issues and develop mitigation strategies.

Review and approve site plans, drawings, method statements, and project documentation.

Lead and mentor site engineers, supervisors, and other site staff.

Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Minimum 10 years of experience in construction management, preferably in large-scale projects.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management practices.Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities.

Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software (Primavera, MS Project, etc.).

Ability to manage multiple projects and teams efficiently.
