Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction MEP professional, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The construction MEP professional will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems during the construction process. Key responsibilities include project planning, reviewing MEP designs, supervising installations, conducting inspections, ensuring compliance with codes, and maintaining quality standards. The role requires close collaboration with architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure efficient and timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning for construction projects
• Proven expertise in Construction management, including MEP systems coordination
• Knowledge of Architecture and the ability to review and collaborate on architectural plans
• Experience in conducting on-site project Inspection and quality assurance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the construction or MEP industries in the UAE is an advantage
