Contract Administrator And Project Contract Manager

Hiring Contract administrator and Project Contract Manager (site-based] (3 Nos.)

Location: Dubai, UAE (Do not apply if you are not currently in the UAE).

Mandatory Requirements: –

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent
• Extensive experience with FIDIC 87 & 99, including Claims, Variations (VOs), and contractual letters
• Proven experience in High-rise Buildings and Villas
• 7-10 years of relevant experience within the UAE in the same role
• Solid/proven experience working with a Main Contractor

Preferred Requirements: –

• Immediate availability
• Background in Quantity Surveying (QS)
• Advanced qualifications such as MSc in Commercial /QS or LLM in Construction Law
• Professional memberships such as MCIArb, MRICS, MCIOB, etc.
• attended courses (FIDIC)
