Coo Team Coordinator

Alpha X is working on different projects across technology, partnerships, and government initiatives. We are looking for a motivated graduate or early-career professional to join us as an COO Team Coordinator.

This role is about learning quickly, taking responsibility, and being part of projects that have real impact. You’ll get exposure to many areas of the business and grow step by step into bigger roles in the future.

What You’ll Do

• Support the COO with day-to-day tasks and projects
• Use tools like Asana, Monday.com, or similar to manage tasks and deadlines
• Coordinate with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders
• Help organise meetings, schedules, and follow-ups
• Be involved in projects that use new technologies and innovative approaches

What We’re Looking For

• Recent graduates or post-internship candidates ready for their first role
• Organised, reliable, and able to follow through on tasks
• Comfortable using project tools and willing to learn fast
• A positive attitude and interest in growing into management roles over time
