We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional for the position of:

Cost Controller

Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ years of experience as a cost controller or in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, inventory control, and cost management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant accounting software.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Must currently reside in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control food, beverage, and other operational costs.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and audits.
• Prepare cost reports and ensure compliance with budgets.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify cost-saving opportunities.
