These roles are essential to strengthening project delivery across various construction sites in a fast-paced and growing environment. Available Positions:
- Senior Estimator – Dubai
- MEP Quantity Surveyor – Dubai (Immediate Start)
- Junior Quantity Surveyor – Dubai or Abu Dhabi (Immediate Start)
- Commercial Manager – Sharjah
- Senior Quantity Surveyor – Sharjah
- Quantity Surveyor – Abu Dhabi
Key Responsibilities (Role Dependent):
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts for construction projects
- Manage quantity surveying tasks including valuations, measurements, and cost reporting
- Oversee commercial and contractual aspects of ongoing projects
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams for cost control
- Evaluate subcontractor claims, variations, and progress payments
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and contractual requirements
- Support procurement and tendering processes where required
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in construction cost management or quantity surveying (varies by role level)
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Knowledge of construction contracts, cost control, and estimating practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment across multiple sites
- Good communication and coordination skills
- UAE experience is preferred for most positions
