Country Director

Description:

You'll work directly with our leadership team to introduce MT BYTES to the UAE market, develop business opportunities, build strategic relationships, and help lay the foundation for our long-term growth in the country.

You'll also play an important role in helping us establish our local entity and navigate the business landscape in UAE.

What You'll Be Doing

• Identifying new business opportunities and partnerships

• Building relationships with companies, decision-makers, and industry stakeholders

• Representing MT BYTES in meetings, events, and networking opportunities

• Advising on local market practices and business requirements

• Supporting the establishment and growth of our operations in UAE

• Helping build a local team as the business expands

Who We're Looking For

• UAE Citizen or Permanent Resident

• Strong understanding of the UAE business environment

• Experience in business development, partnerships, consulting, sales, management, or entrepreneurship

• Comfortable communicating in both Arabic and English

• Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently
