Creative Proposal Manager

Description:

We are looking for an experienced Creative Proposal Manager to provide our creative team with guidance and ideas to launch new impressive projects. The successful candidate will conceptualize and sketch ideas and designs for campaigns, videos, events and activations, and oversee all of our 2D and 3D designers’ work to ensure quality output. The candidate must be HIGHLY CREATIVE and MUST HAVE AT LEAST 3-5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR ROLE.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·      Ability to put together winning pitches and proposal decks for clients

·      Ability to dissect RFQs/RFPs and develop a coherent and comprehensive Technical Response

·      Conceptualize, curate and sketch ideas for events, activations, event elements and décor

·      Conceptualize and sketch logos, brands and branding materials needed internally or externally

·      Writing project creative briefs

·      Lead the creative team to ensure quality output in line with clients’ brief needs

·      Lead on creative direction for videos and animations based on clients’ briefs and needs

·      Produce storyboards for videos based on client briefs

·      Lead on brainstorming sessions with creative team, maintaining strategic thinking to develop innovative and creative initiatives that can be executed within allocated budgets

·      Review and approve both art and copy developed by the team

·      Manage and finalize decks and proposals shared to clients

·      Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, provide feedback to the team

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

·      3+ years’ experience in an events or design agency is a must with a track record in managing designer performance and development

·      Arabic speaking is a plus

·      Creative thinker with a proven experience with concept development and innovative thinking (a strong portfolio will be required)

·      Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment

·      Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting

·      Should be a self-starter and capable of operating on minimal management oversight
