Credit Controller

Description:

Kinetics Group is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to oversee receivables, manage collections, and supervise credit evaluation and customer account setup processes. This role is suited for professionals with strong expertise in credit risk management, corporate credit analysis, and high-volume collections in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage credit control operations, customer accounts, and collections within agreed terms
• Review new customer accounts, assess credit risk, and negotiate payment terms
• Resolve credit disputes professionally and efficiently
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly receivables and overdue reports
• Monitor high-risk accounts and recommend provisions or write-offs
• Support sales teams by reviewing ‘On Hold’ orders and participating in daily sales activities
• Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and compliance requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required
• Minimum of 5 years UAE experience in credit control or collections
• Strong skills in credit analysis and risk evaluation
• Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Word
• Experience managing national accounts and handling high-volume collections
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
