About the Role:
- Deliver on the Resilience Framework of Predict, Prevent, Respond, Recover across APMM.
- Implement overall Business Continuity and Crisis Management strategy in the region, including policy and standards.
- Support and implement resilience training programs and create regional improvement plans.
- Implement and maintain business continuity strategies to ensure operational resilience across the region.
- Ensure the organization’s ability to deliver critical logistics operations during and after disruptions.
- Manage and coordinate crises at Level 2.
In this role, you will:
- Ensure BR Governance between CEN and Regions.
- Ensure resilience framework elements are implemented in all regions.
- Customer engagement, contract and commercial support for regional customers.
- Develop and maintain Regional CMPs.
- Act as Coordinator of Crisis Management Teams at Level 2 (including FMT).
- Act as Coordinator for Foresight CMTs.
- Implement enterprise-level BCPs across regions (Tech, Cyber, Procurement, etc.).
- Support all areas with local response / incident management.
- Develop critical sites list with the business.
- Collaborate on risk assessments to identify operational vulnerabilities.
- Implement resilience strategies and continuity solutions.
- Facilitate development and execution of regional BCPs aligned with global framework.
- Coordinate and facilitate BCP exercises and simulations.
- Serve as liaison between corporate resilience team and regional business units.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
- Develop and run crisis training and exercises for Level 2 teams.
What You Bring:
- 8-10 years in CM, BCM or similar field
- Preferably BCM certification (e.g., CBCI)
- Experience leading crisis management efforts and CMTs
- Experience in business continuity and emergency response
